Rescheduling Policy
As most projects involve a number of LTSE team members, the following rescheduling policies help ensure that the best team is available for every project.
If Client must reschedule their project by more than 7 (seven) days, or place the project on hold, Client must notify Company at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the project’s start date.
If Client fails to notify Company at least 14 (fourteen) calendar days before the project’s start date, Client must pay a rescheduling fee equal to 5% of the total amount due for Client’s specific project, no more than $250.00.
If Client decides to book a new project in order to begin the original project, Client’s rescheduling fee will be waived once the deposit for the new project has been paid.
